REVIEW | Lush No Drought

Monday, 22 June 2015

If you're a regular on my blog, you'll know that I love dry shampoo, not because I'm lazy and don't wash want to wash my hair but because my hair because oily, flat and limp very quickly. I have tried many dry shampoos and most work very well in my hair, however they are all aerosol cans so when I saw No Drought from Lush I knew I just had to try it out.

No Drought is a powder application straight from the bottle which I find much better to distribute throughout the hair. It can be messy to apply as residue can drop onto clothes so apply to the hair before you're dressed for the day.

The scent is a fruity citrus smell of grapefruit and lime which is pleasing and not very strong or overpowering. Just enough to provide freshness.

The powder works really well into the hair to soak up excess oil leaving my hair less greasy and adding a little lift, so I can make it through an extra day.

The only downside, as with most dry shampoos is that i really need to work it well into my hair as the white powder can make my dark hair appear grey.
